Thanks to products from the business segments of color, perm, styling and care - exclusively available to hairdressers - as well as comprehensive service programmes for salon owners and their employees, Wella has become the leading provider of services and supplier of products to hairdressers. The division brand portfolio includes not only the Wella brand with its international presence but also the Londa brand for Eastern Europe, Kadus, a provider of haircare products exclusively for hairdressers, the US designer brand Sebastian, and Graham Webb International. The full-service range is completed by the brands Welonda and Belvedere for salon equipment and Tondeo, the market leader for cutting equipment. And with 82,300 annual events reaching 1.5 million hairdressers, Wella’s Friseur Service is the world’s biggest provider of hairdresser training. |

| Consumer | |

|
Strong customer focus, high quality products and user-friendliness are central to the products aimed at consumers. The end-consumer market’s prime target area is identified by the hair color segment. Innovative styling and care products complete the product range. In addition to Wella, brands like Londa, the ethnic Ultra Sheen and Gentle Treatment brands from the US, the designer brand Nicky Clarke from the UK and Decoré from Australia all contribute to growth in the Consumer division. |

| Cosmetics and Fragrances | |

|
Thanks to five years of extraordinarily high growth figures, the fast-expanding Cosmetics and Fragrances division, organised by the holding company Cosmopolitan Cosmetics GmbH, was able to establish itself as a leading product supplier on the international fragrances market. Key to this success is the number of internationally renowned brands. The prestige segment with its selective distribution is represented by Gucci, Rochas, Dunhill, Anna Sui and Escada. The bridge segment, which has a wider coverage, includes further successful brands like Cindy Crawford, Mexx and 4711. Cosmopolitan Cosmetics is represented in 150 countries with 35 subsidiaries and 2,500 employees.
